Embedding videos from YouTube

Dammit, I still can't get it to work. I pressed the reel thing, inserted the proper url, set the dimensions and press insert and I get that message that wiigirl got. After that I try taking out the width stuff but it doesn't work. Someone please tell me how to it step by step.
