Funny how putting 1 category of gaming ahead of the big picture can blind you from what's in front of us. ;)

Glad I care more about good games instead of who win's the console war. If I did I would only own the Wii but instead I own the 2nd and 3rd place consoles and enjoy them both.

Good games are what matter and more for everyone is a good thing. Funny how when what people use to justify their purchase comes into question they revert back to things that are irrelevant to overall enjoyment of their games and console of choice.

 

 

believe it or not, winning the console war will do great to win third party games in next generation of consoles.

Yes, Microsoft has all the money to throw around RPG makers to buy their games (time exclusive or not), but how long will this last? How long until Microsoft realize regardless how much they invest, they won't get out of the potential third place?

When will it become a shift in Microsoft to invest on their OWN games? Sooner they realize that, sooner they will specialize on games they do best. Not RPGs where they have no market in Japan.

 

SC4 will be their crashing defeat, if Tales game don't demonstrate that before that.
