It broken because there no way to deal with it and it just make ppl sitting ducks unable to do any thing vs it. What i find weard riot you keep saying you do not like when ppl run away but this vary move is just that just much worst in that its nearly unconable. On another note now meta will become so popular he is going to be the only one played every other chater just going to fall short. I say play a 5 sec rule on it if your out for longer then 5 sec your disquifited. It also remove meta weekness for not having any rag attk at all. It makes him so wrong in that rng attks what use to be able to hold him at bay or keep him not wining all the time are no longer able to do so.
