There are noticeable improvements from the N64 to the Gamecube, and then from the Gamecube version to the Wii ...

If you take a look at this picture you will notice how there are a lot of subtile texturing details in the floor pattern (and pretty much everywhere) ... These types of details were not on the Gamecube version and were certainly not possible on the N64.

I suspect that if you took this game and took advantage of the latest and greatest graphics cards it wouldn't look that much different from how it currently looks mainly because the styling of the graphics isn't well suited for impressing people.

 

I guess we can agree to dis-agree about this game, but in my eyes all they have done is increase the Resolution allowing them to have a cleaner looking game, there appears to be no more detail at all in the game and i just went and looked at some images of the GC one.  If the games were side by side and you showed this to a normal person they would not see any difference.
