Uh, no it's not. Japanese Emil doesn't sound that wimpy. And he doesn't sound like a girl either. And he actually seems angry at Lloyd.
Yes, Guy has a great voice, but this acting doesn't fit Emil. Actually, I think that would make a great Ruca (Tales of Innocence). But not Emil.
