I'm going to put it very easy for you... do you remember all those threads about the power of the cell, the games ported from pc running on high thanks to the future proof of the system, all based just in promises???
Well, is similar to this, but in this case is not just based on promised, every dev can achieve a good graphics level on the Wii, because is a more simple architecture and still is more powerfull than the last gen systems... so far our expectation are not based on promises of full HD at 120 fps... thats why we are pissed of, because they are not aiming to something that can get on a easy way...

A major reason to care about the graphics in The Conduit is that it's fully showing that the Wii is very capable of better-than-last-gen graphics and that there's simply no excuse for 3rd party devs (and Nintendo for that matter) for giving us games that barely look any better than a standard GC title.
It's pulling off graphical feats you'd be hard pressed to find on the original Xbox (except maybe for that port of Doom 3) with excellent bump mapping, lighting, shadows and richer colors than what's been seen so far--such as darker black color rather than that washed-out grayish black.
Whoever it was that wanted to turn The Conduit into a $20 piece of crap budget title, all I can say about them is, I hope they fucking die. That kind of attitude is one of the things hurting the video game industry.
