People have been testing it. It works on EVERY stage, against EVERY character, and has NO counter. It doesn't need to be taken to a tournament to be tested and found broken. People have got it to work for 8 minutes straight which after a single jab is all thats needed to win the match.
Its an impossible to beat approach. There is no predicting when or where he's going to end up.
Its an impossible to beat stall. You can't hit whats invincible AND invisible.
You can't grab him out of it.
If he's practiced it, he not going to SD with it.
If we allow it, its going to be used for exactly the reason why its broken. You could use it to get behind someone, Tornado through them, then go right back into it with NO consequence. The method doesn't change the fact that its the first thing in Brawl that is found to be game breaking. People are going to use it if it remains legal, and the game will slowly degrade into being Meta Knight Vs. Meta Knight only. I'm sure thats exactly what you want now isn't it?
Looking cool isn't a valid reason to leave anything legal.
I bet TGM would agree with banning it as well.
