I am pretty sure it costs the same amount on LIVE.
The pricing here is pretty much exactly the same. Only difference is if you wish you watch an SD movie on PSN, you pay $2.99-$3.99. If you wish to watch an SD movie on LIVE you need to spend $6+ on 500MS points. Which honestly is the reason I no longer use it. I don't like being forced to pay more than I have to.
SD movies on 360 are priced 240-320 MS points depending on whether it is a new release or not.
