PSN has some retail quality games (and retail games like warhawk, and tekken DR) But, xbox has soooo many games, and I think people are forgetting The upcoming community developed games that are upcoming (the dishwasher FTW) Some will even be free! Well here's what I gotta say: Quantity: XBLA (well, obviously, although some is shovelware) Overall quality: PSN (well, xbla doesn't have alot of retail quality games, but, all have a cheap pricetag) (the reason for this is the size limit) Varitety: XBLA (from Aegis wing to zuma) (admitting, though, that this is the same as quantity basically.) Bang for your buck: XBLA (we get trials, so you know whats good firsthand!, and achievements)(There is alot of shovelare though, it's why we need them) Non-Game Stores: XBLA (video marketplace, upcoming netflix, and themes and pics, soon, more stores) Upcoming games: XBLA (OH COME ON, A new south park game... that is hyped by MS, a direct sequel to galaga, new portal, new Geo wars..... community games. XBLA has a line-up 10x bigger than the psn, and this year, most of it all looks to be quality) I know it looks bad, but I think psn is barely losing right now. Soon, it will be massacred though. |
This is true. The XNA Community Games deal has massive potential. I was really impressed by the demos they put out. Especially Dishwasher!
