You know what, I expected this E3 to be crap. And no, this is not made up.
Sony and Ms would've shown the same stuff we knew about months ago while Nintendo would've shown casual stuff. (which may be good though may not appeal to the core.)
Realize they released Smash and Kart in the 1st half? They wanted to have a core 1st half to make up for the casual 2nd half.
This gen for Nintendo:
1st half of year= core
2nd half of year= casual
They may switch back and forth each year.
