Just like the PS3 got 90% of GTAIV sales, right?
My unbiased predictions:

Roughly:
Large drop in Japan thanks to a much, MUCH weaker PS3 install base. X360 numbers if it ever comes out, and at a later (1mo+) date.
Large increase in PAL territories for the FF series to similar levels of FFX.
Strong increase in US/NA territories for FFXIII thanks to the Xbox 360 version.
Overall, this would put FFXIII at 6,750,000 units worldwide. A strong increase of almost 2 million units from XII. Not as large as VII, VIII, or X. However, it would still be over XII, X-2, and IX.
