I really don't see how this announcement leads you to that conclusion when the game won't be out for more than 2 years. Anything can happen in that time span, and heck, we haven't even seen what Sony has to offer. I think it's a little ridiculous to make that call at this moment.

 

Because in the US the 360 is now a pretty significant $100 cheaper, it does have more exclusives coming and Sony lost it's most important one. PS3 is a whopping 6 million consoles behind in the US. How are they ever going to make up for that if you don't have your main exclusiveS anymore. GTA was the hardest blow for the US market, but this one counts as a good second.

Furthermore the Netflix deal is also a significant  attraction towards the 360.
