Request to the mods to lighten up for the next few days

Is that directed towards me? I think I was merely giving a "request", thus the word "request" in my topic title to you mods. I didn't tell anyone what to do, and I don't believe anyone else in this topic did either. Should rule breakers and banned members not report topics either, since that would be a form of telling the mods what to do? Is that the pivilige of the non sinners at VG Chartz? Actually let's just delete this Website Forum altogether, since the mods don't need feedback. Servants to it's people, huh leaders?

 

you have to understand where he's coming from.  As someone who has broken rules and been banned in the past you are asking the mods to cut the rulebreakers some slack for the time being.  He sees obvious ulterior motives you might have where you are thinking of doing something that would be normally ban worthy.  Hence, this idea would probably be more credible and less fishy if brought forth by someone who has no prior bans and therefore is most likely not planning something directly following this request.

 

I do understand that, but as someone that just witnessed a modeator trolling a topic himself, maybe we should just understand that many of us may go a little further than we usually do and the mods shouldn't compensate by handing out lots of bans while E3 is going on. I've already seen so much trolling that a third of this site should be banned already, so I'm guessing either the mods are under staffed right now, or are doing exactly as I suggested. Would you not give your child some leeway on Halloween to eat more chocolate? Would you not give them permission to stay up later on Christmas to play with gifts? Rules can be bent for a holiday, and E3 is our gaming holiday each year.
