Well, maybe for many MS has won the E3, but that FF announcement was a big win for nintendo. The rest of the marketshare will remain split between X360 and PS3, therefore neither will be anywhere near challenging wii. I think this makes the war officially over.
For me personally, wiimote precision attachment is already the winner, i only expect Lucasarts to announce a 1:1 lightsaber game soon, and nintendo wins the whole year.
