So if i understand well i have to buy a ps3 500 euros plus a 50 inch 1080p TV around 3000 euros plus a high end digital sound system 1500 euros. An overall 5000+ euros at least to understand sony's image in videogames world. Excuse me but with 5000 euros i will buy EVERY single game i want in WII's whole life time and that way i CAN afford to play them in my 32 inch 480p TV.
On the other hand i can understand those people who can earn 10.000 euros per month and buy all those high end stuff to play MGS and ahem MGS on ps3 as i can not see any other killer game.
If you do a quick search on youtube and watch Lee's videos on how he can create virtual reality worlds with just the WII remote and the sensor bar you will probably understand why we are talking about revolution. Nintendo already sells virtual reality technology eventhought there are no official games at this time to support.
And by the way Gamecube and x-box were way better in technical issues than ps2 but ps2's unexcusable high price never bother anyone.
