Okami was port from a PS2 game not available to Wii owners. It added pointing mechanic.
RE4 added content and mechanic.
So neither is a straight port -- like RE0 appears to be. (RE0 sold 450k units when released almost six years ago in Japan. I don't know what the used game market is like there, which might explain why it is being re-released there but not here).
Sengoku Basara is a straight port -- from a PS2 title. Not the first (and unfortunately not the last).
