I think FFT is good. Though not great. It's not that it's bad. It's just that compared to other games like Tactics Ogre or Final Fantasy Tactics Advance, it comes up lacking.
As for it's story not being good. FFTA's story was turned into a radio drama for Japan.

So... I'd guess most people don't agree with you. I mean... could it really have such a bad story yet be turned into a radio drama?
