They are still selling at a steady rate in Europe the last recorded weekly sales on this site say the PS3 sold 24594 more than the 360's 19987 (week ending July 8th). There isn't a software sales chart for Europe that i can find but the hardware sales are there and if the hardware are there there must be some software sales.Mybe not the great software sales that are needed but they will be there.

Xbox One: 7-10 million
Wii U: 8-9 million (Changed 01/04/2014 from 7-9 --> 8-9 million)
