actually, from what I can remember, you never actually see a person that you control, it's implied. So technically, you are not in the view of the first person, because there was no person there to begin with, you could be controlling god know's what. As there are no hands or body parts to indicate you are in control of a person, you can only assume you are a person in-game, but that doesn't make it fact.
See I can make outrageous calls as well.
Anyway, it's not a first person shooter because first person means that you control the character, as you have no control over where the character moves or looks it cannot be in the first person. Also, the category is "light-gun" game.
