My two cents on this MontanaHatchet vs Soriku thing.
I have to agree with MontanaHatchet on the fact that they could faulter. If you look back, both Nintendo and Sony had two successful consoles before another competator beat them. Montana's basis is on past evidence. However, I agree more with Soriku. Arogance can be a factor to faulter but it sure isn't definative. If that were so, the leader would change every 3 years. Also, like Soriku said, there isn't much evidence to say Nintendo will be beat. They have made a mistake before so they may be more cautious now. Heck, if anything, they are less likely. It has been proven that 3rd parties can't pull of extended auidience games, or at least never as good as Nintendo. And it's skeptical if Sony or Microsoft could make a periferal or game as good. Essentually, Nintendo created their own rules. Of course, the latter is probably more a theory then anything.
In conclusion, Nitnendo could make them selves topple, but there isn't much to state that would happen.
