Another price cut for PS3 ?

Halo3 will outsell Heavenly Sword, Uncharted, and Warhawk combined. That is my official prediction for you. I don't care about Halo at all, nor have I ever owned an Xbox360, but I can say with some confidence that you seriously underestimate this game. Just because you or I personally don't care for it doesn't mean it isn't a big deal.

 I agree. Not really about the outsell part, but I definitely think alot of people who dont play this game underestimate it. I know I did years ago. Coming from a PC FPS background (all the way back to Doom), I always thought of Halo as a very mediocre shooter.

It has a good story and all, but I never thought it was anything revolutionary. However at work I discovered that there was a Halo Clan amongst my peers and managers. I ended up getting a 360 and inevitably joined them online (had a blast too).

I still think its not -that- great of a shooter, and I hate using a control pad, but Halo introduced many *console* owners to their first online fragfest experience. Alot of these gamers didnt care for Quake, or UT on a PC. One of the charms of Xbox Live is  the ease in getting a group together or to just join a game in progress.

Some of the managers from my job are getting a 360...just to play this game.
