Alright, i'll be honest here.

I have a netflix account and also sometimes rent movies from my local Redbox. If it is something I can not find for some reason or I am too lazy to drive to the theatre, yeah, I guess I will pirate a movie every once in a while. In terms of movies like Dark Knight, I will be driving to the theatre to watch it first day.

Games? I don't want to ruin my 3 year warranty on my 360 so I play it safe and buy bargain priced games majority of the time, plus the fact I have a 2 game at a time rental plan with Gamefly. So in terms of gaming, I think the only time I pirated anything was a couple of games on the PS2, although it was for like 2 months, then my PS2 laser died out and I am too lazy to get it fixed. PS3 you can't pirate with if you tried and my Wii... I don't even keep it at my house.

I play it safe now, can't take the risk of getting caught, my girlfriend is bad to the point where she should have the full package, peg leg, eye patch, etc... not to mention her own ship. She was contacted by Time Warner twice already for pirating her favorite TV shows and the most recent Harry Potter movie... after we already saw it twice in the theatre.

Yeah, in some aspects... I am part of that 33%.
