| SaviorX said: Here's the deal: I got my 360 less than 8 months ago. It came with no Hard Drive and I got it for a very cheap price. The warranty ended two months ago and bricked on me 2 weeks ago. So, it was an early Xbox360 (November 2006 manufacture) and should be fixed for free because it was an early one (I think). But when I got to the MS customer "service" page (if you can call it that), they said it would cost $100 (63 euros?) to get it fixed. I want to sell it broken on Ebay or something because I don't know what to do with it. I was hoping you guys could give me some help or tips on how to get my money's worth. I don't want to pay more for the repairs than I did for the actual system. |
well when mine went i stuck it on ebay as faulty and it reached £56 and with an added £100 i bought a new one.
but some freinds tell me that even in the uk, microsoft will solve your rrod problem after the standard 12months warranty but i think you need to be the orig purchaser with a registered account with them. either way ring them up and see what they say
