Yes, it has a piano black finish. But it's huge and ugly and really fat. Technology is supposed to be small and sexy, but huge, fat and ugly like the PS3 is. The problem is that Sony engineering couldn't make it small and sexy. They weren't capable of it. That's literally the truth why it is huge and ugly -- no one in their right mind would have said, "hey, we can make this thing small and sexy but let's make it huge and ugly." It's more unattractive than the 360. |
It looks great standing up, period. Sony engineers, far better than MS's or anyone MS hires, have built a cool (doesn't fry itself), quiet machine. MS couldn't have done better, and in fact, they've done worse. Their shit doesn't even work, with a failure rate at least sixteen times higher than PS3.
How you gonna fit the big, quiet PS3 fan in a smaller, non-convex package, genius? YOU HAVE TO MAKE A CONSOLE THAT WORKS. Sony succeeded; aesthetics are constrained by quality concerns. PS3 still looks more attractive than 360; MS pwned.
When the Cell and RSX go to smaller die sizes, the package will shrink. Again, MS couldn't do better and would in fact do worse.
Your post is pathetic. Seriously, pathetic trolling.
