You were joking, right?  The PS3 has a very ugly design.  It looks like 1982.

I think the PS3 is outselling the 360 this year primarily due to Microsoft missteps and the weakness of games on the 360 so far this year.

 

The PS3 also looks like the BOSE Lifestyle 5.1 media center, but of course that's still a subjective preference.  But trust me when I say that the PS3's look is NOT 1982.  1982 is beige and boxy, I know since that was "my" era.
