Sony does not appear to track them, and the only way to find others is through your PSN friends. There are no services that track the trophies live in the same way that M$ does, so I am not sure if it is possible. As far as I know trophies are the same as acheivements in how they are unlocked, but as of now, the only game that supports them is Super Stardust HD.... a DLG, but they are not going to be put into older games, and the newer ones have not been confirmed to have them as of yet, so we may have to wait until sony starts offering some sort of PC tracking system and more games support them
