No actually both are not bad at all (especially for PS1 titles). More like a SNES+ games, but they are such great games, that I'd love to see remakes with normal graphics. I'm not a graphic whore at all, but the period in between SNES and PS2 can better be forgotten in terms of graphics.
It prevents me from replaying RE2 and 3, because it looks so awful.
