It was really fun yesterday. Considering i haven't played a single game of Mario Kart for about a month, i think i did pretty well.
The first race started really good for me, it was just the last lap that i blew my race. I drove to a stack of leaves in the end and there was a mushroom behind the leaves, which i didn't notice, that boosted me to drive down the cliff.
Then i was completely out of touch in Ghost Valley 2, either i got dropped down from the shortcut or i drove off the track at the other side.
The last GP went really well, every race (before the last) someone passed me just before the finish for me to end up third and in the last race, i was third, but got the mega mushroom in the last turn, so i shortcutted the turn and finished first.
And i was 5th in the 1st GP.
It's my last day at work before my vacation, so i'm on a trip for at least 2 weeks and not able to join the league in that period. But when i'm back home again, i'm going to beat the shit out of you in MK.
