Congratulations on your new GPU!
With current prices, I would probably choose the 9070GRE right now. At least here, the GRE costs about the same as a 9060XT 16GB, and while those extra 4GB are definitely nice to have, the extra horsepower on the GRE actually turns me more to the GRE. At the same time, the 9070 non-XT almost costs 200€ more, which is simply too much more over the GRE to be worthwhile.
