I forget sometimes how Americans react so strongly to the "c word", whereas in most other English speaking countries like Australia, the UK, New Zealand, etc it's hardly a big deal.

Having said that, with all due respect, if a mere rude word offends you more than corporate shittiness or being told you don't own the things you've purchased, I think you have your priorities wrong.

I don't think it helps to insult the mods either.

Don't confuse being offended with my original point pages ago.  My original point was VG isn't safe for work.  A few people questioned what I meant, and I am using this an example.  In addition to calling for execution, assassinations, murder, domestic terrorism, threatening to stab forum members, etc.

Point being I am not offended, but merely demonstrating, VG isn't safe for work.

As for insulting mods, I have to chortle.  There is a good chance they don't even bother showing up to VG to check what is going on.  Even if they did, what are they going to do?  Ban someone who barely posts?  My point is pretty simple.  For years I have been saying we have a mod problem, many questioned me for said position.  But the reality is, which (IMO) this thread proves, we do in fact have a mod problem.
