I have noticed similar behaviour on sites when the server is struggling rather than it being an issue with the browser itself. If threads are taking forever to load or getting stuck on the loading screen, it could be server load, database queries, or some issue with the site’s hosting. Try a different browser or mobile connection just to rule out a local problem, but if the same thing happens there too, it is probably something on the site side. Contact them and hopefully the admins can check the server logs and performance metrics.
