Should Xbox adopt a less "red ocean" approach and instead do more to differentiate itself from PS?

Look at who they hired.
The old Bungie studio was like almost exclusively males.... that loved the idea of miltiary service, honor, and war games.
You hire some purple haired lesbian, that wants "girl boss energy" characters to dunk on master chief.... and others that "hate guns" and war, and look at the concept of military service with loathing....

What do you think happens ? The future halo games turn out crap.
Resulting in years and years going by, and eventually the studio being shut down. 

It almost sounds like you want them to hand over the development of Halo to Hamas or IDF or something. Let’s not obsess over the identity of the developers. Let’s focus on the results. You don’t have to love war to make a good FPS.
