Nintendo games have never really gone in for that sort of thing outside of the Xenoblade games.

Their Switch 1 games mostly didn't even have anti-aliasing at all much less TAA, motion blur, chromatic aberration and the rest of that stuff, they tend to go for a very "raw" presentation.

That's why i fkn love Nintendo. Even though  i game more on ps5, i respect Nintendo for their exclusives and visual design work. I just hope with the switch 2 it stays the same, as they push graphics further.

Staying away from TAA is commendable for any dev, and there are vocal proponents of alternative approaches (combining old AA methods with some of the newer), instead of going with the industry standards.

That said, staying away from TAA and DLSS, while not using any form of AA is becoming really silly and tiring practice from Nintendo - OoT would really benefit from AA, given how much it shimmers.
