Well, yeah, when you have a company flat out saying “customers can’t reasonably expect to own the thing they hit ‘purchase’ on (despite all the times they’ve said otherwise across all their pages) because then nobody else could buy the game”, I don’t know how you compete with that.
And he’s absolutely right when he says it’s now fashionable to clown on them after everything they’ve said and done and anybody who defends them at this point just looks spineless and frankly morally-bankrupt.
