Ending day one games would kill Game Pass, which makes me think this isn't real. Especially for just $3 less than they charge now with day one games.

They person claims day one games will be ending in February to April 2027 despite Persona 6 being announced as a day one and that is still a long way off from release.

Xbox adding an ad tier was a given as nearly every other subscription service already does that. Helix being a pc console hybrid would likely mean the end of paying for online multiplayer for Xbox starting with next-gen.

Changes coming? Sure. Killing day one games I don't see happening. They could remove Fortnite, EA, and Ubisoft as a way to save them money. I doubt many people are subbed specifically for those benefits.

Edit: Just because people play games day one on Game Pass does not  mean they will buy the games at launch if Game Pass drops day one releases. There are plenty of day one games I play at launch that I would I'd either wait for a heavy discount before purchasing or just not buy at all.
