Z:OoT, Mario 64, GoldenEye.
All three games were absolutely legendary and completely blew away anything else that had come before.
A decent number of other unforgettable games, but these three are not only crazy crazy good but broke new ground and nothing else that generation even came close to them in their respective genres. Other games attempted to match them (most notably Z:MM, Banjo-Kazooie, Perfect Dark) and were all great attempts to catch lightning in a bottle twice, but even those three, famous and great in their own right, couldn't match the originals they tried to emulate.
