When I am out with people, I often think about how much I want to be home doing something on the screen. Of course I avoid my phone during these interactions, but it is in my head still. People might often take me as listless/apathetic, because I am not living in the moment enough.

Yeah it's scary how addictive it is, for me especially as my autistic special interest is gaming so screentime is like pure dopamine to me.

I have been making a conscious effort lately though to get out of the house more.
