Clearly porting is a bit of struggle which is why it's taking so long compared to the RE stuff but this is great for Capcom. Will mean a bit of weaker sales than the usual Nintendo MH but a fraction of the cost and they can focus on optimisation and genuine sequels |
This isn't any indication of anything of the such if anything this could be seen as Capcom prepping the S2 audience for the more portable specific title in future given how features like local play have been added all the while trying to make up for the vastly slower sales compared to Rise and World. The separation had little to do with power and more to do sub-culture as Tri-Ultimate had both a console and portable version, portable centric games are structure differently they're designed for short bursts of play.
