Respawning enemies/stuff.
I want to be able to find everything and do everything, and I want my actions to feel like they have meaning (in the game world). When things just come back I just do not think that it mattered. Grinding Exp is something I despise to the point of where it is even possible to do it takes a lot of the fun out of the game for me.
