Do you not understand Cyberpunk as a setting? Making it cleaner and brighter is like making Mario look like those Unreal 4 realistic fan tech demos as a game. It takes the cyber and the punk out of cyberpunk. Cyberpunk is high tech, low life. It's dirty. Grimey. The environment is near death and cities are in disrepair. Resources are small and monetized. That is the genre.
