Probably the TI-99/4a, which was touted as the world's first 16-bit computer. I still have it in storage, but I used it for years, so yeah, I guess you could say it's worth it.
If you're talking strict consoles, I bought a Saturn in 2011. It was worth it for the interesting titles, though I would also say that both of its major competitors' best games outclassed its best games.
