I disagree. I prefer Sony's titles and production strategy.

I believe the initiative to invest heavily in a smaller number of blockbusters is appropriate for Playstation.

But that wasn't Sony's strategy. Sony's strategy was to throw all of their studios at GAAS projects and then cancel 70% of them. Concord is part of the 30%.

Yes, until recently that was Sony's strategy: investing heavily in GaaS. But all signs point to that having changed (hopefully); they’ve cancelled many games and even shut down studios.

Unfortunately, it took too long, and studios like Naughty Dog and Guerrilla suffered damage—poor Bluepoint even closed down!

Sony's game output has really declined compared to the PS4 era. Back then, they were absolutely unbeatable! As I said before: 5 GOTY wins and 4 runner-ups in 8 years! It was insane—PlayStation was the best, hands down.

Anyway, hopefully, they’ll get their house in order and go back to producing games like they used to. Still, I feel like the entire industry has seen a drop in output over the last few years (2020–2026).

Now, a bit of topics, but I need this side note....

FUCK YEAH! FINALLY!!! A Gundam game with solid budget behind it, and that looks great! Can't wait!
