Yeah, I think it's this and it's also an (American) political thing, I guess. I just don't see sexuality as something bad. A character can be attractive and deep or relatable. And I think it's the funniest thing because the online discussion is so far removed from reality. I don't usually mind, but in the case of Xenoblade 2 (a game I absolutely adored when it came out back in late 2017 and still adore today) I was shocked because this masterpiece of a game gets talked down because of something as petty as this. |
