I mean, it was never stealing, but I definitely see where they’re coming from. Even if it did constitute theft, you can’t steal what you can’t own, that’s also true.

Then PleabStation should expect even more piracy than ever before, and only have themselves to blame for it.

They’re almost daring people to pirate their shit with the ToS e-mail they had the nerve to send out during PlayStation Blackout, basically telling them “you’ll own nothing and like it”.
