I highly doubt that...but alright.
What you call "slop" others may enjoy a lot so thats just a opnion when talking about sheer amounts.
First of, played all the exclusives on ps3(yea even untold.legends and genji hahah) and i agree ps3's exclusives from sony where nr1 a lot more and nr2 a bit better then on ps4,however gravity rush 1 and 2 where amazing and games like gow 2018 and horizon zero dawn where godtier games.
In terms of western AAA games yea ps4 had Witcher3 and Red dead redemption2,ps3 had gta4/5 but sorry witcher3 just beats them all and its not even close.
Since i like japanese games a lot thats what i played the most on ps4.
Now this is going to be tricky because if i say" persona5 you can say(its also on ps3) but then again it was released also on ps4)

Dragon quest builders 1 and 2
Dragon quest heroes 1 and 2
Nier automata
Ninokuni 2(and1)
Ff7 remake
Ff15(yea thats slop i agree)
A shitton of atelier games but most noteable 3 Ryza.
Shitton of yakuza games(ps3 also had great yakuza games but all of them are also on ps4)
Octopath 1 and 2.

Couple of YS games (love those!)
I can go on and on there hundreds of jrpgs on ps3.
Not even including hundreds of indies but if you think indies are al "slop" then yea sure whatever.
My point was ps3 doesnt even come close to the amount of physical games it offers against the ps4 with or without including the crossgenn one's,not in the dayum slightest.
Dont get me wrong btw iam not attacking you or trying to offend, but saying"there where more games on ps3 vs ps4 just isnt true, thats all.
And having a "impact" varries from gamer to gamer so if thats all you ment with it then point taken and i'll shut up.
