How Do You Like Your Games? Easy? Hard? Somewhere In Between?

I gravitate toward difficult and consequential.
But, I do play a lot of sandbox "non-games" like SimCity and Animal Crossing; as well as RPGs and adventure games, which tend to be easy as eating pie while drunk.
