Based on Fire Emblem games I've played before, I would rank FF7 Rebirth > Advance Wars > Fortune's Weave. But you have to also realize that sometimes you feel more like playing a tactical game and sometimes you want an action RPG. If you feel like playing a tactical game, I'd pick Advance Wars assuming you haven't played the games before.
