Admittedly I'm somewhat biased as Nintendo's first party was always more my cup of tea, but in terms of the actual approach, while Nintendo's Switch 2 lineup so far has been fairly light on tentpole blockbusters, I do appreciate that it has given more room for less conventional stuff to shine, like say Kirby Air Riders (a sequel to a niche cult game from over 20 years ago) and Splatoon Raiders. ( A spinoff that diverges from the mainline games)
The ballooning development times of the kind of games Sony makes have really slowed their output this gen, combined with their live service push, which I have no interest in.
