CD sales are booming as physical music makes a comeback

Yeah it's kinda frustrating lol. My favorite artist atm only releases on Vinyl, I have a CD player in the car, can't play records while driving! But I found a (likely bootleg) set of 6 CDs with her performances I can play. I guess you can burn vinyls onto CDs yourself.

Also amazing amount of different record players you can buy nowadays. 

Personally I rip all my (CD) music to my external HDD, then copy the songs I want to a USB stick for listening to in the car. I don't really like CDs, I just want them for ownership (and I guess this kind of works for backups too - my rips are lossy, so it's not a 100% perfect solution for backups).
