I'm sure it will pick up big in the next couple of months. For example, the game has already fallen out of the top 100 on Amazon U.S. with preorder sales for the PS5 only showing up at 4k+ in the past month, so, not counting the first 5 days of preorders. But when everyone and their dog already preordered in those first 5 days, that's to be expected.
I think the biggest struggle regarding the game will be for the people who don't preorder/preload a week before launch and try to download the entire game on November 19th. Good luck with that.
